  • Target a short discussion, 10 minutes or so
  • Get some others to come who attended the conference

• Resource exchange
  • Each of us brings a resource or two which relate to coaching, 5-10 minutes apiece to talk about why it's important and how they use it
  • The notice will need to go out in advance so people remember to bring something
  • If they can't attend the meeting, please send an e-mail
• Focus on the coach
  • If we have time, Sue will do it

• November is 18th, Red Cross building, 3:00-5:00

• CSU partner - Carl to send Barb K's contact information to Sue
• Co-coaching within the group - we could barter our time with each other and count the time toward certification?

Member involvement

• Membership continues to decline a bit
• Is monthly too much?
• Sue will contact Bobbie about whether we can make some more personal contact with members.  Sue will try to do a little bit of this herself and John will help out with a couple of people.
