September 1, 2002
Our next regular membership meeting (September 26, 12-2 at Lonestar restaurant in Ft. Collins) will feature Micki McMillan-Blacker speaking about the new Naropa Coaching School. All are welcome!
We will be voting at our September membership meeting on instituting a $25/year local NCCA membership surcharge, to subsidize our website and some activities. A nominal fee will also clarify who is an NCCA member.
Our monthly planning meetings (second Thursday of the month) are where we do a lot of the business end of NCCA. This year we decided to have a theme to plan around: Coaching Profession--Possibilities for a Better World. Join us for our next planning circle Sept. 12, 12:15-2 at Starry Night Terrace (Harmony and Timberline) to add your voice to our plans for the year. We will be finalizing our budget and our Programs and Activities plans.
Looking at our activities for this coming year, do any members want NCCA to continue to sponsor a booth in the Holistic Arts Fair in June? If no one really wants it, we will not do it next year. Also, what ideas do you have for community outreach and marketing events? Email MaryKay at mksjohnston@yahoo.com
See minutes of August meeting for more details of ongoing activities and plans.
