Attending: Christine, Terry, Heather Cameron, Irene (facilitator), Carl,

We briefly discussed the following duties:
Welcomer: gives name tags, greets new people
Coach of the Day: Handles conflict, ie. bouncer
Facilitator: runs meeting, handles agenda and keeps track of time.
Deborah is starting a new adventure. She is going on the road as a coach.
Her new email is: Dhcoach@msn.com. We will miss her as we all enjoyed her
presence.
Business Agenda:
12 - 12:15 Eat, Smooze
12:15 - 12:30 Coming together (introduce self, and share one success this
week)
12:30 - 1:00 Group Business
1:00 - 1:50 Hudson Program
1:50 - 2:00 Closing the Circle
* Action Item : We need a facilitator for August. If you are interested

* Treasurer's Report - no money still from ICF
* Wholistic Art Faire - Irene. People are more aware of coaching
* Carl passed out copies of the "Coaching Space" - 1st copy righted item
from our group
* Web Site Report - Christine
She reviewed the Web Site inputs she received:
Word description of coaches: 100 -150 words
Level of commitment is high but level of effectiveness is medium/low
We need to change the name to NCCA
Difference in willingness to pay for the web site - $5/month to
$50/quarter
Recommend next step: Draft an RFP (Marta's husband and Carl and Heather's
husband are potentially interested in the design and/or hosting the site.)
Action Item: We need input from all the members regarding the RFP. Who is
willing to help and what would you like to see happen with our web site?
What areas of expertise do you have and are you willing to commit time to

* Planned NCCA activities for the year- Irene

* NCCA Rendezvous -- We need a coordinator for Rendezvous at Irene's place
* ICF event in Chicago - Carl will representative our NCCA chapter.
* Community Out Reach Project - Martha is still working on this.
Action Research project (Work with an organization as to how to change the
organization.)
Professional Development: (Irene)
Irene presented a great "show and tell" of the Hudson Coaching Program
"Life Launch" Book by Frederic M. Hudson and Pamela McLean
8 month program - sign up after taking the 5 day training below.
1. Live launch program (4 days at various places)
2. Workshop on Coaching (1 day)
Our next meeting is: July 26 from 12 - 2 pm at Jasmine Garden.
Facilitator for next meeting is Martha.
You are invited to participate in the Planning Circle, which meets the
second Thursday of each month (12:15pm-2pm) to chart a course for the
continued development of our coaching chapter. Contact Lucinda
