I offer coaching for individuals seeking to achieve specific goals, as well as those interested in exploring their lives and how they can live more aligned with their personal values. I also consult and offer communication and customer service training to organizations.
I am an experienced librarian and bookseller currently working on certification in Life Coaching. As a student of Shambhala Buddhism I have been studying Authentic Leadership, active listening, mindful awareness, and meditation for several years.
