I love to coach and see my clients get the results they are looking for! It may be an obstacle you are trying to overcome personally or at work. I have more than three decades of corporate experience in team and individual performance improvement. My work is grounded in the principles of Emotional Intelligence, the indicator widely acknowledged as a more precise predictor of an individual’s career success than the cognitive-based IQ. I’m certified to coach individuals and teams in the use of the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI), a 360o skills assessment that measures Emotional Intelligence. I am also a certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs) facilitator.
