With 34 years of experience in corporate America, the high-tech industry and a sole
proprietor business, I understand the unique challenges of working in a rapidly changing,
fast paced and highly competitive environment. I especially like working with
professionals and small business owners who want to excel in their profession while
balancing work and family.
My business coaching reflects my team experience, marketing and mentoring experience.
My mission is to help teams excel at what they do by coaching managers and individual
contributors to work from their strengths and personal values. Using my philosophy of
"great coaching equals great teams", I work with managers to have them use the
coach approach style of management to develop high impact teams.
As a Life Journey coach, I especially enjoy working with people who are in
a career transition, seeking work/life balance, seeking fulfilling relationships or
greater spirituality. People who desire a more fulfilling life and want to know and live
their God-given heart values. My mission is to profoundly impact the lives of those I
coach so they live the life they love
